Project Role: Quality Engineer (Tester) Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : Automated Testing Good to have skills : Selenium Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Project Role : Test Lead Project Role Description : We are seeking an experienced Test Lead who will work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to understand engineering prints/designs and translate them into detailed specs. The role involves leading the test team in converting spec into executable test suits, overseeing test execution, and actively contributing as an Automation Tester. Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies with quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Architects and Engineering teams to understand engineering prints, design documents, system architecture. - Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and convert them into clear, testable specifications. - Define test strategy, test approach and test plans aligned with project goals. - Review and approve test specifications, test cases and automation coverage. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. Extensive experience in establishing an automation framework from the ground up, including the development of code/module structures, build configurations, repository configurations, pipeline configuration setups, and various other tasks. Experience with specification-based engineering . Experience in creating multiple automation framework and customization it. Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Testing, Selenium, Event Management, Kafka/JMS/Rabbit MQ or any event-based application, Python. Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. Proficient in Java, Selenium, PiTest, Karate or similar UI & API automation framework creation. Strong understanding of Git/BitBucket Repo, Build Tools, Configuring automation scripts in Pipeline (CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/GCP) Experience with various automated testing frameworks and tools. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively. Experience testing distributed systems, APIs, or event-driven architecture is a plus.
