Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Automated Testing, Java Enterprise Edition, Event Management, API Testing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Test Engineer Manager, who will have min 8 years of experience and will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to translate these needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and ensuring that the proposed solutions align with both business requirements and technological capabilities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives and enhance the customer journey through effective functional and application designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Extensive experience in establishing an automation framework from the ground up, including the development of code/module structures, build configurations, repository configurations, pipeline configuration setups, and various other tasks. - Experience in creating multiple automation framework and customization it.
