Role & seniority: Test Engineer I (entry-level)
Stack/tools: Test equipment; data collection/analysis software; product testing tools; ability to interpret equipment readouts and test protocols
Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests to validate designs against specifications
Analyze test data, document results, and communicate findings to engineering, quality, and production
Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects; support cross-functional continuous improvement; assist with test documentation (cases, reports, protocols)
Basic testing methodologies and quality assurance principles

As a Test Engineer 1 in the durable goods manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will be responsible for executing test plans that align with product specifications and industry standards. Your work will directly impact product performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with engineers, production teams, and quality, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, your contributions will support the delivery of high-quality products that meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
In this role, your technical skills will be applied daily to execute test plans that ensure product quality and compliance. Analytical skills will be essential for interpreting test data and identifying root causes of defects. Collaboration and communication skills will be vital as you work closely with engineers, quality and production staff to align testing activities with production and quality goals.
Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4: 30pm. Fridays are used for overtime.
