Role & seniority: Testing/Validation Engineer (Fixed Term, Full Time)
Stack/tools: Electrical & software test design; development of test programs and systems; automated test rack concepts; test equipment specifications; process/quality tools (FMEA); cross-functional collaboration with Software Validation Team; adherence to PG RAISE and CdC standards
Analyze customer requirements, legal regulations, and internal specs to define testing strategies and EOLT specs for new hardware/software
Design and implement complex test programs, evaluate test cases and failures, propose corrective actions, and ensure test coverage
Support test equipment specifications, validate standards and changes, contribute to product/process FMEA, and assist in transitioning new processes to production
Experience in testing strategies for electrical and software domains
Ability to design test programs, analyze test results, and propose actions
Collaboration with Software Validation and cross-functional teams
