Job Description
Lead our Validation projects along with mentoring junior engineers. Collaborate internationally with groups such as Architecture, IP Design, Analog Library, FA, Product, and Test Engineering. Analog circuit PCB design Implement automated lab test bench setups using NI TestStand / LabView Create, maintain, and review test procedures and validation plans Collect, analyze, and post-process analog test data; prepare test reports and related documentation Communicate weekly status updates to peers and leadership
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. 10+ years of relevant industry experience. Experience leading a small technical team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in Analog IC Validation. Experience working with prototype Analog ICs, boards and HW infrastructure. Experience working in a lab environment and knowledge of relevant test equipment for analog measurements. Experience in debug and investigation of Analog circuit environments. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Strong knowledge of LabVIEW/TestStand software. Strong knowledge of scripting in Python Strong knowledge of working with Spectrum Analyzers performing Noise and Jitter measurements.
