Title: QA Tester - W2 Only

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Interview Mode: Phone + Video Job Description We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to support testing activities across multiple high-visibility projects within a complex application environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automated testing, stakeholder communication, and test management tools. Mandatory Qualifications 4–7 years of experience as a QA Tester 4–7 years of experience managing QA activities across multiple projects within complex functional domains Proven experience working in a matrix organization Strong experience reporting test status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership Preferred / Desired Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in

• Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Defect tracking and test execution
• Experience leading functional test planning and execution
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or related programming languages for automated testing
• 3–5 years of experience creating test reports and dashboards using Jira or similar tools
• Experience testing government, public sector, or large enterprise applications is a plus
