Note: No C2C only W2******* We are seeking a hands-on Controls / Automation Engineer to design, program, and validate advanced automated systems. This role is ideal for engineers with strong Rockwell Automation expertise and experience in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities Program and troubleshooting Rockwell Automation PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000). Configure and integrate machine vision systems (Cognex or Keyence). Implement and optimize Rockwell motion control (Kinetix drives, motion modules). Develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for equipment qualification. Support commissioning, FAT/SAT, and system deployment. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams. Prepare technical documentation (schematics, test plans, manuals). Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Rockwell PLC programming (Studio 5000). Hands-on experience with Cognex or Keyence vision systems. Expertise in Rockwell motion control solutions. Working knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities.
