We are looking for you to join our team as a Test Engineer based in our McClellan, CA office.
What You'll Get To Do
Designs, develops, and documents embedded software test applications and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or SW engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines test processes and scenarios based on requirements, develops automated tests, and executes SW testing.
Basic Qualifications
Active Secret clearance. BS + 2 years of exp; MS + 0 years of exp. 4 years’ experience can be substituted for BS degree. Experience writing C++ applications. Experience with GitLab. Ability to take requirements and develop test completion criteria to verify end-to-end requirements, perform exploratory test cases, design and develop test cases, track and manage defects, execute regression testing and system testing to verify overall requirements. Experience working Systems Requirements, Design Documentation, and all aspects of software development process Experience with Windows, Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems.
Must be able to obtain customer approval.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with calibrating sensor equipment. Experience with Integrity RTOS from Green Hills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $100,300.00 - $150,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
