We are in search for IPT Lead for Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) to manage the systems engineering process across complex aerospace and UAS programs.
The SEIT IPT Lead will work closely with the Program Management Organization (PMO) to structure programs into executable sub-projects, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering disciplines and successful delivery from concept to flight testing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the SEIT Integrated Product Team across multiple aerospace and UAS programs. Manage systems engineering processes, including requirements development, verification, and validation (RVTM). Oversee system and subsystem interface management and integration planning. Develop and execute system-level test plans, integration schedules, and flight test activities, Support development of CONOPS, operational analysis, and mission readiness documentation. Coordinate closely with PMO, engineering, and test teams to ensure technical and schedule alignment. Drive technical problem-solving and ensure compliance with program requirements and standards.
Qualifications;
15+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or UAS industries, with a focus on systems engineering and integration. Strong understanding of aerospace system requirements, architectures, and verification processes. Proven experience leading complex aerospace projects from concept through flight testing and delivery. Expertise in Systems Engineering principles, tools, and best practices applied to aerospace development. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams for military or mission-critical systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Good spoken and written English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
