QA Team Lead Own end-to-end quality for functional testing across multiple teams and releases Lead, manage, and mentor the Functional QA team (planning, task allocation, reviews) Define and enforce testing standards, processes, and best practices Drive creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test data Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing Coordinate sprint-level and release-level testing activities in Agile/Scrum environments Act as the primary QA point of contact for Product Owners, Development, and Business stakeholders Manage test schedules, risks, and dependencies to meet delivery timelines Ensure quality sign-off for releases based on defined exit criteria Drive continuous improvement in test effectiveness and defect prevention Responsible for sharing and managing QA status, risks, and metrics on a regular basis
