Full Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be part of the Infor Cloverleaf team will be responsible for defining test strategies, creating comprehensive test cases to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity across complex healthcare workflows. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring high-quality, compliant, and scalable healthcare interoperability solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, QAs, architects, and product owners, and you will have access to industry-leading processes, tooling, and standards within the global healthcare technology domain.

What You Will Need?

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major
• 2+ years’ experience in software testing
• Experience in manual, functional, and API testing
• Solid knowledge of software development process (especially in Agile process), QA methodology, and tools (Jira, Database, etc.)
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards in test planning, designing, defect tracking, and test case creation and execution
• Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL
• Can execute automation scripts and have basic troubleshooting skills
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Quick learner
• Strong work ethic and team attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing and security testing
• Knowledge/exposure to cloud environment testing
• Proficiency in creating automation scripts using languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud environment testing
• Proficiency in testing on Linux environments
• Working knowledge of Docker containers
• Healthcare domain exposure is a plus
