Position Title: Senior Test Engineer

Position Purpose
The Senior Test Engineer supports the JTMS Joint Program Office by ensuring Agile testing activities are disciplined, traceable, and aligned to mission outcomes. This role provides senior-level judgment in test planning, execution review, and coordination across government, contractor, and operational test organizations to ensure system readiness, risk transparency, and decision-quality test results.

Test events are coordinated and executed without disruption to program timelines or operational stakeholders.
Defects, incidents, and test outcomes are analyzed and communicated in a way that drives corrective action and continuous improvement.
Program leadership and partner organizations trust the test data, documentation, and recommendations provided.

Key Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of test documentation, including TEMP artifacts and related deliverables.
Coordinate testing activities and test events across internal teams and external test organizations.

Support collaboration and alignment with operational test organizations and stakeholders.
Lead technical discussions and facilitate understanding between technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Active SECRET security clearance.
Minimum of five (5) years of software and/or system testing experience.
Experience supporting Agile or DevSecOps testing environments.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical discussions across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working across technical, functional, financial, and administrative organizations.
Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting or implementing ERP solutions delivered via a SaaS model in DoD or Federal environments.
Knowledge of ERP-driven business process reengineering and configuration-based solution design.
Experience with system integration, data migration, and master data management in ERP environments.
Familiarity with RMF, cloud security, and FedRAMP considerations for SaaS solutions.
Experience supporting Agile or SAFe governance for COTS/SaaS implementations.
SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP), or equivalent Agile certification.
DoD Test and Evaluation (T&E) experience.
Experience with automated testing tools.
