Role & seniority: Senior Test Engineer (mixed-signal focus); probe and final test development background required.
Stack/tools: ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) hardware/software; test plan and characterizing programs; ATE interface boards; silicon qualification/characterization; failure analysis and yield analysis; design validation and robust test solution development.
Define test strategy and implement for new Motor Controller/Driver products; release to volume production.
Debug/characterize silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data; comprehensive device debugging and failure analysis.
Perform statistical yield analysis, debug/fix yield issues, and optimize test time and costs.
Proven experience in probe and final test development for complex mixed-signal circuits.
Proficiency with ATE hardware/software, test programs, and interfacing hardware boards.
Ability to analyze silicon results, perform failure analysis, and drive robust, cost-effective test solutions.
Experience with motor controller/driver products.
Silicon qualification and qual hardware development experience.
Production release experience and optimization of test time/costs.
