Role & seniority: Analog Test Engineer Lead (lead role in test development and production testing)
Stack/tools: Mixed-signal test development; ATE hardware/software; test plans and characterizations; test/char programs; ATE interface boards; silicon qualification and final test hardware
Define test strategy for isolation interface products; develop automated testing solutions; ensure high quality in mass production test
Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams; debug/characterize silicon on ATE; correlate with bench data; analyze yield and drive fixes
Release products to volume production; mentor junior test engineers; optimize test time and cost
Experience in probe and final test development of mixed-signal circuits
Proficiency with ATE hardware/software, test plan creation, and test/char programming
Ability to analyze silicon results, perform yield analysis, and drive robust/testable solutions
Experience with statistical yield analysis; cross-functional teamwork; fast-paced environment adaptation
Prior leadership or mentoring experience
