Role & seniority: Software/Hardware test engineer, 0–3 years experience; System Level Test (SLT) for early silicon bring-up, post-silicon validation, and stress testing of SoCs.
Stack/tools: SoC/system-level testing; embedded systems; Android/Windows/Linux/RTOS familiarity; Perforce or Git; programming in C, C++, Python, C#, or .NET; lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies); debugging tools (JTAG, Lauterbach, Trace32 preferred).
Collaborate with engineering teams on early-stage silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation; test hardware with system software.
Verify device performance under varying conditions (voltage, process, temperature); develop automated test content to stress SoCs (functional, performance, stability, benchmarks).
Create production screens for system-level issues; read specs, develop test plans, and manage test execution/sequencing.
0–3 years in system/bench-level testing (mobile/auto/IoT/microprocessors).
Understanding of computer architecture and OS (Android/Windows/Linux/RTOS); embedded systems and SoC testing concepts.
Ability to develop/execute test cases for processors, graphics, memory, thermal/power behavior; data collection/analysis; proficiency with Perforce or Git; programming in C/C++/Python; lab measurement tools.
Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Python, C#, or .NET. Hands-on experience with lab measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies. Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize test data
