As a member of the SEIT department you’ll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists, design engineers, and superconducting foundry engineers to make our technologies a reality. This position will serve on-site at Sentinel Program, at our Woodland Hills, CA facility. This position will be 100% on-site. Job Responsibilities The candidate will serve as an Integration and Test Electrical Engineer for the Sentinel Program, requiring the candidate to function in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. Daily responsibilities may include: Support the installation, integration, and testing of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and custom equipment used to further research efforts on superconducting microelectronic devices. Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate equipment issues to support system build-out and sell-off. Communicate project status to the Integration and Test (I&T) IPT Lead. Collaborate with research scientists and systems engineers to perform system architecture characterization studies on various system components. Design, develop, and implement testing methods for individual pieces of equipment (both custom and COTS) and entire systems. Compile data and help to define changes required in testing methodology, equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, and new testing requirements. Primary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
