Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts for Medicaid mainframe systems. Perform End-to-End testing, including integration and UAT validation. Collaborate with business users, external partners, and technical teams to ensure test coverage. Maintain test documentation, defect logs, and provide timely reporting. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and recommend corrective actions. Support data validation and environment configuration for test cycles. Support E2E Lead as primary back-up Basic Qualifications: 4 years of work exp Medicaid domain expertise (MMIS, claims, eligibility, provider enrollment). Mainframe experience: JCL, COBOL, batch job execution. Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SQL, and Change Management tools. Experience in multi-vendor environments and cloud migration testing. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
