#WeAreIn to be the quality gate for our products. Are you in? As a Verification Engineer responsible for Post Silicon Characterization/Production Test of ARM or RISC-V based micro-controller Automotive SoC products, with mainfocus on Digital IP/Functional Blocks.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for Post Silicon Characterization/Production Test of ARMor RISC-V based micro-controller Automotive SoC products, with mainfocus on Digital IP/Functional Blocks. Develop Production Test program for Automotive microcontrollers. Demonstrate technical innovation in measurement automation on ATE(V93K preferable) Experience in SMT7 & SMT8 is an added plus. Perform characterization to analyze device performance andcompliance to datasheet specification. Conceptualize, design and implement hardware and automation softwarefor Characterization/ Production Test of Automotive SOCs. Work closely with chip design team to debug silicon issues.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed MTech/M.E/MS or B-Tech/B.E in any of the specializations related tothe field of Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI. Strong Electrical Circuits Fundamentals. 10+ years of relevant experince in Post silicon characterization /Production Test Strong troubleshooting & problem solving ability. Good Firmware coding & scripting skill. Experience in automating characterization using an ATE or NI LabVIEWis a plus. Experience in using equipment like Oscilloscopes, Source MeasureUnits, Power Supplies, Functional Generators etc. is a plus. Experience in SMT7 & SMT8 is an added plus.
