Minimum of 10 years experience in Testing and Quality and 5 years experience in a Test leadership role. Experience in facilitating outcomes in leading virtual teams. Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking/problem solving, communication and leadership Proven competency in test management and the execution of testing on multiple or large IT projects in fluid and ambiguous environments leveraging system integrators and a multi-source approach Demonstrated understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship with colleagues at different levels of the organisation and Digital group Successfully developed and embedded fit for purpose capability, processes or process improvements that meet the velocity, adaptability and quality required for the business to meet its objectives Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and communicating clearly at senior management level Demonstrated and working experience of implementing current & evolving delivery models (agile, digital implications on delivery) Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor and support a geographically dispersed team osf technical and professionals Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at a senior level; and Ability to lead, coach, mentor and support personal development of direct reports and other team members as appropriate
