We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Retail Wireless Core Services team, focusing on the Customer Domain. The SDET will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our customer domain services. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, testing methodologies, and a passion for building robust and scalable test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for customer domain applications using industry best practices Collaborate with development and product teams to define requirements, identify testable scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing, documenting and tracking defects for timely resolution Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, performance, and reliability, while continuously evaluating new testing tools and methodologies Mentor junior SDETs and contribute to the teamβs quality strategy and best practices across the organization
Skills, Experience And Requirements
