Our client is a leading communications chip maker in the market. Their market leading products are enabling the next generation of AI and cloud storage.
We are looking for a Validation Manager to lead system and IP validation team. The Validation Manager will be leading a team of 10 – 12 engineers and will be responsible for defining validation strategies, overseeing test execution and driving continuous improvement in validation processes.
BSEE/CE or better with 6 – 10 years of experience in product validation, quality assurance, or testing.
Proven track record of managing complex validation cycles
Experience designing and implementing validation programs for new hardware and software products.
Expertise in test planning, test execution, and defect tracking
Proficiency in test automation scripting languages (e.g., Python)
Ideal candidate would have leadership experience and hands-on experience with complex embedded systems targeting hyperscale data centers.
