Job Title: QA Lead / QA Manager

About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced QA Lead/Manager who can drive quality across the SDLC, build scalable testing strategies, and lead a high-performing QA team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on testing expertise along with leadership capability to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

🔹 Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers. Define and implement test plans, strategies, and overall QA roadmap. Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and datasets ensuring full coverage. Coordinate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to drive QA timelines.

Execute manual test cycles: functional, smoke, sanity, regression, cross-browser. Track, analyze, and report defects across the lifecycle. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with dev teams for quick resolutions. Continuously refine QA processes, tools, and methods for efficiency. Stay updated with modern testing tools, automation trends, and QA best practices. Provide transparent reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics.

🔹 Requirements 7–10 years of QA experience including manual testing and functional testing. Strong experience in Web, Mobile, Client/Server application testing. Very strong understanding of Agile / Scrum processes. Hands-on expertise in Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Cross Browser Testing.

Strong technical knowledge

• POM, TestNG, Data-Driven Frameworks
• Git, Jenkins CI/CD
• REST Assured for API Testing
• Preparing Test Cases, Test Data, Execution, and Reporting
• Proficiency in one programming language (Java / Python / JavaScript).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
