We are looking for experienced LoadRunner Performance Testing Engineers with strong hands-on scripting expertise to support our offshore delivery team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of performance testing methodologies and practical experience using LoadRunner with C / Java / JavaScript scripting.
Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using Micro Focus LoadRunner
Develop and maintain LoadRunner scripts using C / Java / JavaScript
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues
Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to recommend performance improvements
Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and analysis summaries
Support performance testing for web, API, and enterprise applications
Participate in performance tuning and optimization discussions
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)
Expertise in scripting using C / Java / JavaScript
Experience in Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services (SOAP/REST) protocols
Solid understanding of performance testing concepts and lifecycle
Experience with correlation, parameterization, and debugging
Knowledge of application architecture, JVM, databases, and servers
Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
Experience with Performance Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.)
Exposure to CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Experience in cloud-based performance testing (AWS/Azure)
Domain experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare
