We are #hiring for Manager / Supervisor – Data Validation (Spanish) 📍 Night Shift | 🌍 Global Operations | 🗣️ Spanish Mandatory

About the Role As a Manager / Supervisor – Data Validation (Spanish), you will lead a high-performing team responsible for validating supplier questionnaires and documentation across multiple Achilles schemes. You’ll own data quality, SLA delivery, team performance, and customer experience, while acting as the operational owner during night-shift hours. This role requires strong people leadership, process discipline, and Spanish-language communication to effectively engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Quality & Compliance
  • Own end-to-end data quality for assigned schemes and supplier accounts
  • Validate supplier questionnaires and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Review non-standard data requests and escalate where required
  • Reduce repeat errors through coaching, guidance, and clearer validation logic
  • Identify system gaps and escalate issues to internal application teams
  • Proactively manage supplier renewals and expiring documentation
  1. Team Leadership & Performance

Lead daily operations: shift planning, work allocation, prioritization, and queue management Set and track daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

Conduct regular 1: 1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Manage escalations, blockers, attendance, and shift adherence Support hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development of team members

  1. Process Efficiency & SLA Management
  • Drive SLA adherence and reduce turnaround times (Time to Publication)
  • Monitor volumes, ageing, backlog, and productivity trends
  • Take corrective actions to address performance risks
  • Partner with Account Management and Inside Sales to resolve supplier issues
  • Ensure strong audit trails within CRM and workflow systems
  1. Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary escalation point for validation status and delivery risks
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Guide suppliers on documentation requirements and validation expectations
  • Ensure consistent ownership and resolution across all supplier interactions
  1. Spanish Language Communication (Mandatory)
  • Conduct supplier and customer calls in Spanish to resolve validation queries
  • Draft and review Spanish-language emails, notes, and CRM updates
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of Spanish communication across all platforms
  1. Continuous Improvement & Business Impact
  • Lead Lean and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
  • Share insights, trends, and risks in team huddles and monthly reviews
  • Maintain operational dashboards and performance trackers
  • Keep process documentation and knowledge materials up to date
  1. Multi-Product Operations Delivery
  • Support validation across multiple Achilles products and schemes
  • Coordinate with Audit Delivery, Scheduling, Customer Service, and Operations teams
  • Ensure cross-product compliance checks are completed accurately and on time
  1. Night Shift Ownership & Operational Governance
  • Act as the on-site operational owner during night-shift hours
  • Ensure smooth office operations, system availability, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and Admin teams for night-shift support
  • Escalate critical incidents and ensure business continuity
  • Promote a safe, disciplined, and accountable work environment
