Additional test management tooling experience or advanced performance/load testing exposure

Responsibilities

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will join the QA team responsible for testing multiple systems and products, with a primary focus on the BSG Web team. Your responsibilities will include

Designing, developing, and maintaining test automation tools and frameworks
Writing and executing automated tests
Setting up and maintaining automation pipelines and distributed systems
Preparing documentation and specifications for new projects
Actively participating in an agile development team and collaborating with various stakeholders
Developing and maintaining high-quality test cases and automated test suites
Executing automated tests and performing manual testing when required
What You Need
At least 2 years of hands-on manual QA testing experience
At least 3 years of test automation experience using E2E automation tools or a background in software development
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Postman, or similar
Experience with C#
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems (Docker, Kubernetes)
Good knowledge of Git and AWS
Experience with test management and tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
A strong sense of ownership and commitment to improving quality processes
Clear, proactive communication skills
Genuine passion for automation and continuous improvement
