Role & seniority: Manager of Testing and Commissioning (senior/lead role)
Stack/tools: Testing and commissioning standards (NETA, IEEE); power utility systems; project coordination; reporting/tracking; field testing and witness testing
Lead and manage the testing and commissioning team; provide guidance, training, and support
Develop and implement comprehensive testing/commissioning plans; prepare procedures, schedules, and reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors; perform site inspections and witness testing; ensure compliance and issue resolution
10+ years in testing and commissioning, preferably in power utility projects
Strong knowledge of testing standards (NETA, IEEE) and procedures
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; travel to project sites
Proficiency in testing protocols and data review; relevant software/tools
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE, BSEET, Mechanical, or related); professional license (PE) or PMP a plus
PE license or PMP certification
Prior experience in a power utility division or similar environment
NETA accreditation
