Role & seniority: Manager of Testing and Commissioning (senior/lead role)
Stack/tools: Electrical power systems; testing and commissioning standards (NETA, IEEE); project planning; reporting tools; software for testing data review; field inspection practices; PE license or PMP a plus
Lead and manage the testing and commissioning team; develop plans, procedures, schedules, and reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate testing activities; witness testing and site inspections
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, client requirements; identify and resolve issues; report progress to management and clients; drive process improvements
10+ years in testing and commissioning, preferably in power utility environments
Strong knowledge of NETA, IEEE standards; leadership and team management; excellent communication
Problem-solving/analytical abilities; ability to meet tight deadlines; proficiency with relevant software and testing protocols
Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification
Prior experience in a power utility testing/commissioning role
Location & work type: Office and fieldwork; travel to project sites as needed; no U.S. work authorization sponsorship offered
