Overview
The Senior Manager Quality Assurance is responsible for Quality Control and Quality Assurance, assessing quality trends and driving the continuous improvement of processes and product quality performance by establishing quality metrics. They also provide oversight to confirm risk analysis, control plans, inspection, supplier quality, and metrology methodology activities are completed. Ensuring customer requirements are defined and all project deliverables meet customer, internal and regulatory requirements including all applicable standards.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Business (Bachelor's degree) or Natural Sciences (Bachelor's degree) Minimum six (6) years of experience in people management. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Quality.
OR with a Masters Degree: Minimum four (4) years of experience in people management. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in field. Experience with AS9100 and ISO9001 is highly preferred. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Pay Range: $125,068 - $159,300 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
