We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments. As part of your application, you may be presented to clients/partners as part of the recruitment process. Essential requirements

• Senior Experience in QA & Test Automation

• Proven track record as a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in automated testing, integration testing, and performance testing within complex IT environments.

Mentoring & Leadership in Testing Practices

• Ability to mentor and guide system and acceptance testers, particularly in large-scale, multi-team programs.

Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills

• Comfortable working closely with roles such as Program Test Lead, Product Owners, Architects, and Tech Leads to ensure quality alignment.

Experience with Large, Complex Systems/Projects

• Background in large-scale transformation initiatives, including systems with complex integrations.

Structured & Detail-Oriented with Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to define and organize testing efforts independently, even when initial requirements are vague or evolving.

Technical Background in QA or Development

• Education or experience as a developer or technical tester, capable of understanding the technical landscape and test architecture.

Meritorious

• Experience with Migration Testing

• Background in supporting data or system migrations, particularly validating transitions between legacy and modern platforms.

Knowledge of Custody Domain

• Understanding of custody services or securities is a plus

Mainframe/AS-400 Knowledge

• Familiarity with mainframe systems (e.g. AS-400) adds value, especially if legacy integrations are involved in the migration.
