We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS and SAP application testing to lead quality assurance delivery for complex, large-scale transformation programs. This role is responsible for defining test strategy, leading multi-vendor QA teams, and ensuring end-to-end quality across functional, integration, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge, hands-on leadership experience, and the ability to drive quality in fast-paced Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute test strategy, planning, and governance for Telecom OSS/BSS and SAP implementations. Lead and mentor manual and automation QA teams across multiple vendors and geographies. Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing coverage for critical business processes. Oversee test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, UiPath/RPA, SAP Test Suite, or TOSCA. Manage test environments, test data preparation, and defect triage across interconnected systems. Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to align QA activities with delivery milestones. Drive risk-based testing, quality standards compliance, and test governance. Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate test case creation, documentation, and defect analysis. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely QA deliverables. Prepare and present test status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of overall software testing experience, including 3+ years in a Test Lead role.
