The Opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS testing, SAP application testing, and proven leadership in managing QA delivery for complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-6+ years of experience, including leading multi-vendor teams, driving test strategy, and ensuring quality across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing phases.

The Role. Key Responsibilities Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution for Telecom OSS/BSS and SAP projects. Lead a team of testers (manual and automation) across multiple vendors and geographies. Ensure functional testing, integration testing, and E2E testing coverage for all critical business processes. Oversee automation initiatives using Selenium, UiPath/RPA, and enterprise tools like SAP Test Suite or TOSCA. Manage test environments, data preparation, and defect triage across multiple systems. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align QA activities with delivery timelines. Conduct risk-based testing and ensure compliance with quality standards and governance. Utilize GenAI tools for accelerating test case generation, documentation, and defect analysis. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure QA deliverables in Agile projects. Prepare and present test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics to leadership.

The Expertise. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of software testing experience, including 3+ years in a Test Lead role. Strong hands-on experience in Telecom OSS/BSS testing (Order Management, Billing, CRM, Provisioning).

Mandatory SAP Testing experience in core modules such as

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP GRC, SAP SolMan, SAP BW4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP HCM
• Proven experience in multi-vendor project environments.
• Expertise in functional, integration, and E2E testing.

MUST-HAVE experience with Test Management Tools

• HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM
• Micro Focus Octane
• JIRA / Zephyr / qTest
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Jenkins, Git).
• Ability to write SQL queries for backend validation.

Preferred Qualifications xperience with UiPath or other RPA tools. Exposure to SAP Test Suite, TOSCA, or similar automation platforms. Knowledge of Bank Interfaces, SFTP Interfaces, and ERP Link test scenarios. ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent leadership certifications.

Leadership & Soft Skills Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams across vendors. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage testing in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models. Analytical mindset with focus on quality, timelines, and risk mitigation.
