Join a fast-moving, early-stage team that’s building automation from the ground up. This is an opportunity to lay the testing foundation inside a startup engineering culture where quality is part of the product—not a final step. You’ll work directly with engineers and product leads to build out robust Selenium-based test suites in .NET, and shape a future-proof automation framework that can scale with the product. Expect autonomy, rapid iteration, and a big say in testing architecture and standards.
We're looking for a sharp, opinionated SDET who thrives in greenfield environments—someone who wants to move fast, raise the bar on automation quality, and leave a lasting technical legacy. This is a remote, 6-month contract role with real startup energy and engineering influence baked in from day one.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in automation testing with Selenium and .NET in production-grade systems Strong foundation in test strategy, automation framework design, and CI/CD integration Experience working cross-functionally in agile startup environments
Experience with AWS Services from QA Perspective
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to containerized environments (Docker/K8s) or modern cloud-based test infra Experience with test reporting, metrics collection, and flakiness management Knowledge of API and performance testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar

Hands-On Engineering: 75%
Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 25%
