Full Description
Role – SDET – Mobile Testing Location – Durham, NC – Hybrid
The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. Over 5 years of professional testing/development experience, including 3+ years in native iOS automation using Swift, supported by backend test automation. Expertise with Swift, Xcode, XCUITest, Kotlin, Espresso, Jetpack Compose in a large-scale enterprise environment, ideally as part of an SDET team. Experience with the full lifecycle and release of at least one app on App Store and Google Play, leveraging automated tools such as Jenkins. Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies for comprehensive coverage. Proficiency in iOS test automation frameworks (XCUITest) and Android test automation using Kotlin, Espresso, and Jetpack Compose. Experience in API testing and automation, preferably with GraphQL and REST APIs. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to solve and resolve technical challenges across the technology stack using both automated and manual testing. Familiarity with code quality/coverage tools (e.g., Sonar). Hands-on experience in a DevOps environment with CI/CD tools, Git/Bitbucket Server (Stash), and Jenkins. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Experience mentoring and upskilling junior technical staff. Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology is a plus.
