Create complete problem reports; generate spare parts/repair orders, returns, credit notes, and invoices; support financial settlement of complaints
Coordinate with inventory, sales, and service teams; provide information to the sales department; support training and process improvements
Must-have skills
Commercial or engineering education (industrial clerk or bachelor/master’s degree)
Initial professional experience in Customer Quality; training in complaint management
Strong customer-oriented communication (spoken/written in German and English)
Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP system); project management experience is a plus
Nice-to-haves
Experience in project management; prior training/mentorship of others
Availability for occasional site travel; ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Location & work type
The position aims to provide support and prompt processing of quality and complaint-related cases. The focus is on friendly and timely customer service and customer- and company-oriented action.
