  1. Receive and process customer complaints via email/phone; communicate with customers (verbal and written)

  2. Create and manage documentation: problem reports, spare parts/repair orders, invoices, return slips, credit notes; oversee financial settlement of complaints

  3. Support ERP-driven processes and related tasks: order creation, invoice verification, returns processing, inventory support; liaison with sales

Must-have skills

  • Commercial or engineering training (industrial clerk or bachelor/master equivalent)

  • First professional experience in Customer Quality; training in complaint management

  • Customer-oriented communication skills; English and German proficiency

  • Experience in project management; good IT skills (MS Office, ERP)

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior exposure to complaint handling workflows

  • Travel capability to construction sites

  • Experience working with inventories and cross-functional teams

Full Description

Your Tasks

The position aims to provide support and prompt processing of quality and complaint-related cases. The focus is on friendly and timely customer service and customer- and company-oriented action.

Focus on customer complaints regarding delays, transport damage, used goods and goodwill

Receiving and processing incoming customer complaints by email and telephone Verbal and written communication with customers Delivery of components Returns processing Approval of cost estimates Invoice verification

Focus on ERP system

Creation of a complete problem report Creation of spare parts or repair orders from a problem report Creation of invoices Creation of return slips and credit notes Financial settlement of complaint processes

Others

Support with inventory Training of trainees in this area Information & communication with the sales department

Training in commercial or engineering ideally as an industrial clerk or bachelor or master’s degree Commercial / Technical education First professional experience in Customer Quality Training and further education in the field of complaint management Customer oriented strong communication skills desirable Experience in Project Management Good IT skills (MS Office, e.g. Excel, ERP system) Good language skills in English and German, spoken and written
