Full Description

Your Contribution

Prepare and manage 8D reports, including coordination of sorting activities and approval of incurred costs Oversee complaint processing in SAP and ensure timely resolution Develop and approve control plans in alignment with customer and internal requirements Fulfill tasks related to APQP and PPAP procedures throughout the product lifecycle Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics and feedback Lead initiatives to reduce production nonconformities and improve process stability Organize and conduct customer-specific audits, ensuring full compliance Create and update work instructions and procedures based on internal company standards

Your Experience & Qualifications

University degree in relevant subject or industry experience 1 year of field experience In-depth knowledge of quality management control tools and methods (APQP, PPAP) Good understanding of production quality in automotive industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & ability to manage priorities Fluent in English
