Ltd (OEJ). Provides the interface at local and Oetiker site management level with the customer with the goal of meeting Oetiker and customer Quality requirements.

Essential Functions

Customer Quality Interface

• Serve as the primary quality contact for Japan customers, representing Oetiker’s quality interests, understanding customer needs, and ensuring transparent communication of performance and requirements.

Project & PPAP Management

• Support sales in customer projects, implement customer-specific quality requirements, and manage PPAP timelines, milestones, approvals, and related action plans with factories.

Issue Resolution & Claims Management

• Track customer claims, coordinate sorting activities, conduct warranty analysis, and ensure systematic reporting and follow‑up.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Facilitate communication between customers, OEJ, and global Oetiker locations; engage management when escalation or support is needed.

Quality Systems & Compliance

• Maintain quality management systems (e.g., B&W), prepare and support customer audits, and ensure alignment with customer and internal quality standards.

Training & Support

• Provide quality-related training to OEJ teams and support continuous improvement activities.

Timeline & Communication Management

• Independently coordinate and monitor all relevant project and quality timelines, and collaborate closely with the OEJ Sales team on customer communication.
• Qualifications
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems.
• Proficient in AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Skilled in 8D problem solving and 5Why analysis.
