Role & seniority: Mid-level Quality Engineer (3+ years in relevant industry)

Stack/tools: APQP, PPAP/FAI, DFMEA/PFMEA, 8D methodology, EN 9100/IATF 16949, ERP/PLM, Master Data management, SAP, MS Office, statistical analysis; collaboration with Engineering, Production, SCM; audits (client, CB, etc.)

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Lead customer complaint handling according to 8D and industry standards

  • Support APQP activities and contribute to DFMEA/PFMEA; co-decide in product implementation

  • Coordinate and support internal/external quality audits and trainings

Must-have skills

  • Technical university degree, preferably Mechanical

  • 3+ years in Aerospace, Defense or Automotive (similar position)

  • Practical experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and automotive Q-Core tools

  • Strong knowledge of EN 9100 or IATF 16949; statistical analysis skills

  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken, min B2)

  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Master Data management and ERP/PLM systems

  • Training/mentoring experience; proven ability to work under pressure

  • Additional process improvement or quality-system certification

Our future engineer will

Conduct and control tasks in the field of APQP Conduct and submit PPAP/FAI documentation to the customer Implement system requirements EN 9100 Support in creating DFMEA and PFMEA Lead customer complaint handling according to 8D methodology and High Industry standard Co-decide in the product implementation process Support and coordinate internal and external quality audits (clients, CB, etc.) Conduct trainings Cooperate with Engineering, production and SCM Use the ERP / PLM system and Master Data management

Our future engineer should have

Technical University graduate, preferable Mechanical profile Experience in Aerospace, Defence or Automotive Industry - minimum 3 years similar position Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning Knowledge of Automotive Q-Core tools and their practical application Very good knowledge and experience in work with with standard EN 9100 or IATF 16949 Statistical analysis skills Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) – min. B2 Knowledge of MS Office and SAP system
