Tasks
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for software quality, performance and reliability Design, create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on complex product requirements Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, ensure functionality and validate user experience, including exploratory testing Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams Mentor and support junior Quality Assurance team members, fostering a culture of learning Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery Design and execute complex performance tests, analyzing results and recommending improvements
Qualifications
