Florida: $21.00 – $25.50/hr (W2 with PTO) Experience Level 1–5 years Department / Business Unit HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC) Business Optimization – Payroll Operations Support Role Overview The HR Shared Services Center (SSC) Business Optimization team is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator (Payroll Testing) to support Payroll Operations. This contractor role focuses on validating HR and payroll system accuracy, supporting testing and enhancements, and ensuring data integrity within Oracle Cloud HCM. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with HR systems or payroll operations experience who enjoy data analysis, system testing, and process improvement in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Perform system validations and payroll reconciliations within Oracle Cloud HCM and related systems. Test, document, and support system enhancements and process improvements. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, integrations, and updates. Analyze payroll and HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and assist in resolving discrepancies. Support internal and external audits related to payroll and HR system transactions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Collaborate closely with HR Technology teams and HR SSC Payroll Operations to ensure seamless system functionality. Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation activities. Clearly communicate findings, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience supporting HR Shared Services or Payroll Operations, preferably in a systems or business optimization role. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or a comparable HRIS platform. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analysis of large datasets. Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and audit support. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management/collaboration tools. Background in system testing, UAT coordination, or process optimization initiatives. Familiarity with payroll compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reporting and analysis.
