Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Testing Specialist who will manage and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) for payroll remediation solutions. This role ensures that all system fixes, award rule changes, and remediation configurations are functionally correct and deliver accurate pay outcomes during end-to-end and parallel testing cycles.

The role involves developing test plans and scripts, conducting end-to-end and parallel payroll testing cycles, analyzing results to confirm accurate pay outcomes, and collaborating with technical and functional teams to resolve defects. Additionally, the specialist ensures adherence to quality standards and provides clear reporting to stakeholders throughout the testing process.
Qualifications
SAP Payroll and Time & Attendance functional expertise. Strong understanding of payroll processes, award interpretation, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in System Integration Testing and parallel payroll testing. Ability to analyze complex configurations and troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with remediation projects and system change management. Experience in large-scale payroll remediation programs. Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.
