Role & seniority: Testing Expert (leadership/PM-like role) for Harmoney global payroll project; 5+ years leading testing in large-scale global implementations.
Stack/tools: HRM/Payroll/Time systems (SAP, Dayforce, Workday); UAT, SIT, deployment testing; test planning, environment setup/management, release management; training materials and documentation; cross-border data flows between HRIS, time tracking, and payroll.
Lead test planning, articulation, and management of UAT efforts; identify testable events and develop test cases from requirements.
Lead test environment setup/management, monitoring, and streamline release management; oversee deployment testing for all implementations.
Conduct trainings for testing groups; support country-specific test scripts creation and local implementations.
Bachelor’s degree (HR, CS/Engineering, Business, or related).
5+ years leading testing in global implementations; experience with UAT, SIT, and deployment testing.

About this Position As a Testing Expert for our Harmoney project, your primary goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of our global payroll strategy through rigorous testing and quality assurance. You will collaborate closely with both global and local project teams to develop and manage an effective testing program, enabling multiple testing efforts to run concurrently. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working under the guidance of experienced project leads while fostering strong communication among international stakeholders. What you´ll do Work closely with global project team, local implementation team for global payroll strategy implementation Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously Lead test plan articulation, planning, and management of UAT activities Identify testable events and develop the test cases / test scripts from the requirements gathered Lead the test environment set-up/management, monitoring and streamline release management Lead testing, deployment testing preparation and actual deployment for all project implementations Conduct training sessions for testing groups and support the countries in creating country specific test scripts and implementation What makes you a good fit Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Computer Science/ Engineering, Business Management/ Administration, Engineering or related field Minimum five (5) years of experience in leading testing efforts in large-scale global implementations; Project Management & Testing Leadership Proven experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and deployment testing Experience working with cross-functional global teams and local country teams; Payroll & Time Systems Expertise Deep understanding of global payroll processes, compliance, and country-specific nuances Experience with HRM, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems (SAP, Dayforce, Workday); Familiarity with payroll integrations and data flow between HRIS, time tracking, and payroll systems.
