Job Description
The Quality Inspector leads activities related to the application and maintenance of the Quality Management System for products and services offered. This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and applicable industry regulations.
Key responsibilities include conducting ongoing inspections of incoming materials and components from suppliers to verify compliance with established inspection criteria. The inspector evaluates finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications before shipment and verifies that products are properly identified, packaged, prepared, and loaded according to requirements.
The role also involves performing process audits to support early detection and resolution of quality issues, analyzing and summarizing inspection and testing data related to materials, processes, assemblies, and finished products, and collecting and organizing quality-related data. Additionally, the Quality Inspector recommends improvements to production processes and the Quality Management System to support continuous improvement.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of the quality of incoming materials and components from suppliers to ensure compliance with established inspection criteria.
