Job Title: Senior QA Tester Job Summary We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design and drive an automation-first QA practice. This role centers on Robot Framework with Python as the primary automation stack, supported by Playwright and Selenium for UI and cross-browser testing. You will help transform a largely manual QA setup into a scalable, well-documented automation framework. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework (primary) with Python Develop UI and cross-browser automation using Playwright and Selenium Define and implement QA automation processes, transitioning the team from manual testing to an automation-first approach Document test cases, execution results, and QA processes using QMetry Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product managers to ensure complete test coverage for real-time dashboards and data sources Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and higher-quality releases Use test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, QMetry, or similar Mentor and guide team members in adopting modern automation tools and best practices Document automation frameworks, test strategies, and QA processes to create a sustainable knowledge base Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python Experience with Playwright and Selenium for UI and cross-browser testing Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks and QA processes Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines Hands-on experience with test management tools (QMetry, Jira, or equivalent) Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and test strategies Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
