Position Summary... The Advanced Engineering team is seeking a proven senior leader to drive the optimization and deployment of supply chain forklift power and energy solutions across automated and legacy facilities. The Senior Manager will lead complex initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost effective power solutions that support distribution center operations. This position requires the ability to analyze complex systems, plan and execute multi year programs, and collaborate across technical, operational, and vendor partners to deliver safe and reliable power solutions. Success in this role depends on strong execution discipline, comfort operating in ambiguous environments, and the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value.
