Full Description
Manages a team of test engineers responsible for functional, system, integration, regression, and end to end testing. Works with the testing team to assist with test estimation, resource allocation, preparation of test plans/strategies, assessing risk of testing effort and the testing of software to company guidelines and standards. Responsible for maintaining Product Quality metrics, reporting these metrics to management and working on process improvements to improve overall Product quality. *The position is based in Secaucus, NJ. Please note the work arrangement is hybrid (3 days in office & 2 days WFH).
Pay Range: $135 - $145/ year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
