Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Functional Test Planning Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Capital Markets Regulatory Compliance Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Capital Markets Regulatory Compliance, Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Proficient in utilizing testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
