We’re looking for a Junior QA Automation Engineer who wants to grow in Java-based test automation and work on business-critical systems in a regulated, high-quality environment. This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience who already has some exposure to automation and wants to develop further in BDD, backend/API testing, and CI/CD.
What you’ll be working on Automated testing of backend and API-driven systems Writing and maintaining Java-based automated tests Creating and updating BDD scenarios using Gherkin (Given / When / Then) Working with existing automation frameworks (not starting from scratch) Executing automated regression tests and analysing failures Collaborating closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders Supporting high-quality delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment
What we’re looking for 0–2 years of experience in QA or test automation Basic to solid knowledge of Java Familiarity with BDD concepts (Cucumber / Gherkin) Experience or exposure to test automation (API, backend, or web) Understanding of client–server architecture Awareness of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins) Strong attention to quality, detail, and test maintainability Willingness to learn and grow in a structured engineering environment English at B2 level or higher Show more Show less
