Role & seniority: Senior Technical Product Configuration Specialist (subject matter expert in product systems, networks, and integration)
Stack/tools: Complex product configurations; commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS); vendor and product families; system design, integration, acceptance testing; product launches
Configure, implement, and provide complex product support to meet client needs; advise on applicability of products/technologies
Design and integrate products into customer environments; coordinate with sales/consulting engineering; prepare requirements and evaluate/select software

Bachelor’s degree (CS, IS, or related field) or equivalent experience; 3+ years in technical product configuration, design, or integration

Assists in preparing requirements, evaluating products, and selecting relevant software such as commercial off the shelf software (COTS).Selects, coordinates and implements technical product components, ensuring that the technical solution addresses the business concern. Assists sales and consulting engineering teams in designing and integrating products into customer environments.Addresses product requirements, usability, change requests and defines future functionality to end users and stakeholder groups to increase understanding of products.Provides insight and advice to customers concerning applicability of specific complex products/technologies.Selects technology vendors to meet business needs as appropriate.
