Job Title: Software Tester - Sr

Location: CO - Denver, MN - Minneapolis

Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)

Payrate: $50.11/hour

Description

• Responsible for evaluating and testing software for completeness, quality, correctness, and security.

Additional Description Senior tester that knows SailPoint and understands putting together test catalog and plans for our initiatives along with management of test scripts (creation maintenance and execution). Someone who can write test scripts from requirements and understands when tests require execution (patching, regression, new functionality, etc.) They need to be a self-managed person who needs little direction from the team (because we are just too lean and having more experience shouldn't require it). If they happen to have some BA skills as well, that will make them stand out. Participate in stand-up meetings with the SailPoint team, provide feedback on test results, look for opportunities to automate test cases. Top 3-5 skills you are looking for 1) experience with integration testing applications such as Work Day, ServiceNow, CyberArk, HCM, 2) SailPoint IIQ experience, understands software lifecycles Education requirement Including any flexibility with experience over education any IAM or SailPoint certifications preferred but not required. Is there a specific attendance policy, including any flexibility with hours/fully remote, WFH or hybrid? WFH with option to come into office if needed for planning sessions. What non-technical Skills are necessary (such as communication, problem solving, team player, i.e.)? self-managed, efficient, driven, well spoken, solutions oriented. What type of personality would fit in best with your team? Someone that is open to feedback but does not take things too seriously. What do you want to stay away from? Red flags, industries, etc. short contracts in previous roles, inability to work more than 40 hours if needed during critical go live timelines. Technology, specific applications - Other corporate applications that are helpful for the resource to have experience with. Job titles we should look at.
